Nejat Ozcimen has more than 20 years of experience in the construction real estate sector, over 10 years of which focused on financial services. During the second half of his professional life, he managed project finance deals and led construction projects in which he monitored at departments of major banks in Russia.

In the team, Liliya examines the cost of projects, analysis and optimization of design of with regard of cost of materials. She worked for international companies from 2009 both in construction site and central offices to coordinate sites with necessary individual approaches to each for them. Liliya graduated from the Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (2009) at 1st place and holding honorary degree.

More than 13 years in construction industry, 8 of which were focused on the issues of conducting non-governmental expertise of project documentation in terms of technical support of industrial, administrative and residential projects. One of the main directions is to conduct a technical audit of the land plot and obtaining a construction permit.

His proffessional life in construction industry has kept on since 2011. He is experienced in building construction, preparation of permits, commissioning, relationship with government authorities and etc.

Anastasia's of focus in the team include client’s design and their approvals. Prior to joining MonDef, Anastasia worked for International companies from 2014, where she was involved with the design, material approvals, on site drawings, approvals both for investor and state expertise as well as monitoring of the application of the design in situ. With MonDef, she is working as freelancer architect since 2018.

In 2016 Mariam finished MBA in Faculty of Economy at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. However, in 2015, being still a student, she started her bank carrier at Project Finance and Construction objects’ Monitoring Division. Mariam has a good working experience in projects’ monitoring, record-keeping, credit worthiness evaluation of companies, risks analyses, creating of financial models and cash flows with different scenarios.

Elvira has a wide experience in banking sector where she supervises each project with intensive approaches for financial cash flow and expenditures.

He has held contract and project management positions with both Employers and EPC Contractors for nearly 20 years with a focus on Scheduling, Cost Management, Project Budget & Cash Flow Preparation, Estimation, Earned Value Management, ERP Solutions, Scope Management, Risk Management, FIDIC Contracts, International Contract & Claim Management and Evaluation of Tenders in both Pre-Bid and Post-Bid Stages.

In 2000, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. A wide experience in realization of several projects ıin Russia, gives him a trustable aspect to optimise electro-mechanical cost items to ensure the project serve properly.
